"Light workers, also known as star seeds, Earth angels, and Indigos, are spiritual beings in human existence sent here to heal. As light workers, we each have a purpose or mission to complete. This is the reason we incarnated on the Earthly plane. "

20 signs you are a light worker:
1. You intuitively know that you are alive for a higher purpose, one that is directly related to awakening and transforming your own life and the lives of others by helping to raise the collective consciousness of human beings.
2. You are highly intuitive, and have had an innate wisdom about life since the time you were young. You are naturally philosophical and spiritual, and often perplex people with how you seem to know so much for your age.
3. Though you connect with people easily and it is part of your purpose to help them, you are somewhat of a loner. You are sensitive to other people’s energy, and can only take it in doses.
4. Your young life set you up for a series of traumas, challenges and other difficulties. You understand that these were not intended to hurt you, rather to awaken you to the healer you are now.
5. You are constantly on a mission to improve your own life and the lives of those around you. Your core drive in life is to identify what needs to be fixed, and how you can possibly make it better. Though this sometimes becomes a shadow of perfectionism, when used the right way, is an incredible gift.
6. Though you once may have struggled with certain mental illnesses, you have come to understand that they were adaptations to your circumstances rather than innate problems. You understand that part of your purpose is to revolutionize the way people see their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
7. You are spiritual, but err away from religion. Your life work is to help people re-internalize their power. Even if you use teachings or principles from one enlightened master or another, you maintain focus on awakening the god within each individual and helping them to see their unlimited power, potential and healing capabilities.
8. You are naturally creative, and your healing process often involves some kind of art, writing or one-on-one healing modality.
9. You are the epitome of an old soul. You are wise, mature and seem to have the experience of many lifetimes, despite being far too young to be as tuned in as you are.
10. You have always been inexplicably different from your family, friends and peers. Because of this, you may have struggled to find your “tribe” or feel as though you really fit in anywhere.
11. You are constantly coming into deeper self-awareness about yourself and your life. Through your ongoing journey of awakening and healing, you continue to shine light on the shadow aspects that most people reject and deny.
12. You are an extremely powerful manifestor. When you think or focus on something clearly, you receive it or are able to create it in very short amounts of time.
13. This strong energy is both a blessing and a curse: you have to be careful of what you focus on, because you will end up creating it in your life, whether it is good or bad.
14. You are naturally drawn to ancient spiritual texts about energy and ascension; you resonate more with eastern philosophies than western.
15. You are almost psychic in your ability to intuit what other people are thinking, feeling, or need in order to heal.
16. You know you are here in this life to dissolve your old karmic patterns, and to break into a new level of consciousness and awareness. You understand that your purpose here is not just a job or a task, but rather, to just become who you are meant to be.
17. Your main objective in life is self-growth. You are always focused on how you can better yourself, and know that the best years of your life are yet to come.
18. You feel a strong connection to nature, and believe that it is the closest that we can get to becoming most aligned with source.
19. At one or multiple point(s) in your life, you experienced an intense spiritual awakening. Your worldview shattered, and you were forced to purge out all of the limiting beliefs that were once holding you back. You understand that awakening can be an exhausting, sometimes painful process, but that it is often necessary.
20. You can sense that you are part of a global effort to raise people’s consciousness, and are often referred to as a “frontrunner” in the spiritual community. This is not to say that you are enlightened and other aren’t, it is just to say you learned your lessons a little sooner, so that you could help others through their own.

What Do You Dream Of?
We are given dreams for a reason. In the world of fantasy, we can be anything we want to be or do anything we like. Close your eyes for a moment and imagine you were free to do as you liked to help others. What is your fondest or wildest dream; what makes you feel happiest? Is it music, singing, art, writing, websites, invention, healing, or working with angels? It could be any of hundreds of things. Focus for a moment and feel what it is you really like doing. Can you believe that chances are - this is your light work? Yes, this very thing, or a variation of it. Our dreams often indicate the way forward for us. (all paragraphs from, askingangels.com)
The task ahead is to turn those dreams into a practical way of helping others. Luckily, because it is something we Love to do, it won't feel particularly like work. If I told you that writing articles was super fun for me to do, would you believe it? Many people would probably think 'yuk' that is like hard work. I'm sure it would be hard work if I didn't like doing it, but the days where I write are happy days for me and bring me satisfaction.
Below, we discuss ideas for different kinds for light work which may help people's creative juices begin to flow. But first, consider your talents, skills and especially, your dreams.

Ideas For Light Workers:
While doing light work, you will be working with your heart, and with your angels also. Let's look at some options:
This may be conventional healing, for example, as a nurse, or alternative healing through any modality such as massage, reiki, natural medicine, herbs, energy healing, crystals or anything you know how to do to help others. If interested, there are many courses to learn whatever we wish. Think about what you intend to achieve and research how to go about achieving it. Alternative healing is popular right now and I don't see that changing. It is one way to get an income out of light work and actually be a career.

There is no lack of spiritual beings who wish to bring messages to the earth plane through channels. I've even seen people bring through their own higher self. Such channelled messages bring clarity and comfort to those reading or listening. It isn't difficult to learn how to channel, with many books written on the subject. Channelers tend to get a following of loyal readers, so make sure this is right for you being in the public eye. Not a full time job but something that can be done alongside regular work for a few hours a week.

Spiritual Music Or Art
Are you musical and want to explore something new? You can always channel spiritual music and experiment with new kinds of music. Music speaks to the heart of us; we can't live without song and modern music is far from spiritual in its sound and lyrics. Spiritual music can be spread online but would not be easy to make a career of. Likewise with art, whether it is painting, sculptures or what have you, if you find a hidden talent this could bring in income whilst sharing a sense of unique spirituality.
We all have something to share and for those with the skill, advertising for students and having classes on whatever spiritual information you desire to share, whether it is tarot or psychic classes, crystals or essential oils, Buddhism, yoga or whatever it is, you may discover a love of teaching that can bring in extra income whilst helping others.
Do you dream of creating a skin care range of products, or candles (non toxic of course), teas, organic makeup, etc? There are a million ideas and a growing market for many spiritual and organic items. Do you have marketing experience and a good knowledge of business? - then this could be an opportunity. (all paragraphs from, askingangels.com)
Doing readings for others is a wonderful way to open up to your abilities. Although we can't list on eBay, many psychics post advertisements on eBay for their readings and do good business. Will it make you rich - unlikely, but it is a way to help others receive messages from their angels.
This list is endless here. Starting a blog about spiritual subjects may take a while before it begins to rank highly and earn. Books take a lot of time from the writing process, the editing, to finding a publisher. Be aware that it is extremely hard to get published because everyone is writing a spiritual book right now. Send off book 'ideas' to relevant publishers and if they are interested, then write the book (this saves a lot of time).
Meditation Or Prayer
Meditation is a form of light work when it is done spiritually. Meditate on healing the planet, meditate on love, light, or God. Search out guided spiritual meditations to get started and learn how you can help in this gentle way. Prayer truly is heard and is answered in a way we may not see or be aware of. Pray regularly for peace and have faith it will make a difference. It is a lovely thing to be involved with and the angels appreciate it!

Helping The Environment
This may not be a paid job, but volunteering on projects that clean up the earth is wonderful and might just be the idea someone is looking for.
Ask Your Angels For Help!
Remember that you can ask your angels for help with ideas. You can do so now and then wait a few days to see what ideas gently come to you, or suddenly fall in your lap. My angels inspired me to start a website about angels, and I never imagined how much I would enjoy it or how it would grow. It was never my idea or intention to do such a thing, until they put the little "idea" in my head. Angels will not provide individually tailored ideas that will fail, as long as you work hard on the idea they provide, it should succeed.
Have patience with your light work also, as it can take a few years to build up momentum or make a difference. Let whatever it is be a labour of love and don't be afraid to try out lots of ideas. Follow your heart always. (all paragraphs from, askingangels.com)
The Empath and The Indigo
An empath is a light worker, one who brings light to the world. We are built differently and have access to and an awareness of skills others don’t often use. In my study of empaths over the last 14 years, I have found 4 traits and 4 tendencies that define an empath. The traits are biological features and having them makes us empaths, without all of these traits we would not be an empath. The tendencies are characteristics that can be present or not. Sometimes our life experience can change our expression of these tendencies, eliminating their presence from our experience. The lack of one or two of the tendencies doesn’t mean you are not an empath. [However, the lack of all of them (and the presence of the 4 traits) may indicate narcissism.] (all paragraphs, thevitalspirit.net)
Sensitive to electromagnetic energy. It is our nervous system that is finely tuned and notices even slight changes in the electromagnetic field around us. Note: Every person, place, and thing has an electromagnetic energy signature. Part of what makes up that signature is our emotions (energy in motion = emotions) How we express this trait: aversion to being in large crowds, sensory issues, introversion, allergies, auto-immune disorders
Clear feeling or clairsentience: The psychic sense of feeling other people’s emotional and/or physical sensations.
How we express this trait: Not understanding why we feel a certain way, aversion to being around certain populations (sick or depressed people), mystery illnesses or symptoms that come on suddenly and disappear later
Clear Knowing or Claircognizance: The psychic sense of just knowing things. In an empath, claircognizance means psychically interpreting their environment through energy.
How we express this trait: knowing when we are being lied to, unconsciously expressing what someone else is feeling while in conversation with them, knowing why people feel like they do
Natural healing: Empaths naturally run the energy they
are in and everyone in their presence will benefit. Running
energy means they are moving, clearing and flushing the
energy within their environment to clear out heavy, dense or
negative energy. (all paragraphs, thevitalspirit.net)
How this shows up in our lives: strangers gravitating to us in public places and often sharing their personal stories with us, pets and children like to be in your presence and gravitate to you
They think and operate as part of a collective. Thinking “we” instead of “me.”
Deep thinkers, examining life, people, and their work very deeply.
Nature and animal enthusiasts, they feel connected to one or both in a spiritual way.
Permeable energetic boundaries with a tendency to collect the bad bits from everyone with the desire to heal it.
An Indigo Adult is someone having a very specific set of characteristics who is here as an incarnate human being to bring about the evolution of our species. Evolution of the soul and mind mostly. We tend to be rebels in our society. Adhering more to Universal Law than man made law, our young life is often a struggle with feeling or actually being an outcast. It is our non-conformity that is our most powerful asset. We are warriors for justice and Universal law. We are struggling against conforming to a world that offends our sense of right and wrong. There is an unconscious understanding of the Universe and how we fit into it, that serves as our inner compass. (all paragraphs, thevitalspirit.net)
The Physical Evolution
The universe is a spiral moving forward through time/space. This movement pattern creates cycles, when it appears history is repeating itself. In reality, we are moving forward and around at the same time, so we will approach the same ideas or events but from a higher, perhaps more evolved perspective.
This allows for different outcomes and it allows us to reflect on our journey. Have we grown, matured, learned from the last time this happened? For example, in the history of the United States we fought the Civil War, in the 1860s, whose main conflict was over slavery and the rights of black people. 100 years later the civil rights movement asked the same questions and more progress was made on the issue of human rights. In each conflict, there was an underlying belief that was being challenged, people of color but specifically black people were treated as being worth less than white people.
I can assure you that empaths and indigos were on the front lines of both conflicts fighting for the inherent rights of all human beings. Even empaths raised in racist family and communities often completely defy their cultural training, because of a deep knowing that all humans are equal, that the very idea of treating another human as anything less is painful to their psyche. It is important to understand that this pattern is the way the whole universe works from the macro of the Universe spinning and expanding in space to the micro of our own personal development, facing the same darkness again but this time from a different vantage point.
A very empath example of this is my personal experience of marrying a person with strong narcissistic behavior, divorcing him and getting lots of therapy and energy healing to learn my lessons and then having to end a long-time friendship because of the same pattern. The second time was much easier and I was able to see the pattern for what it was and know that I wasn’t going to get myself into that pattern again, I had learned my lesson.

The Emotional Evolution
The Universe’s spiral forward movement describes the way events happen. Maslow’s hierarchy of needs describes humans’ ability to intellectually and emotionally evolve.
“In his influential paper of 1943, A Theory of Human Motivation, the American psychologist Abraham Maslow proposed that healthy human beings have a certain number of needs, and that these needs are arranged in a hierarchy, with some needs (such as physiological and safety needs) being more primitive or basic than others (such as social and ego needs).
Maslow’s so-called ‘hierarchy of needs’ is often presented as a five-level pyramid, with higher needs
coming into focus only once lower, more basic needs are met.”
The rise of the business and life coaching industries suggests that some of the world has evolved in our human development to the top tier in Maslow’s pyramid, self-actualization. In my work as a teacher and intuitive energy healer, I spend a lot of time working with people who are ready to let go of old belief systems that no longer serve where they are going in the world.
These beliefs having been passed down from our parents and ancestors. It is important to remember that we need to thank our ancestors for their hard work of creating a country where many of our citizens are able to strive for self-actualization. This has not been true for most of the time humans have inhabited the planet. It is an honor that we get to do this work of shedding what holds us back. (all paragraphs, thevitalspirit.net)
The Energetic Evolution
Happening simultaneously, for millennia, humans have operated primarily from the solar plexus chakra and over time, this has played out in the shadow side of this chakra’s energy. The solar plexus chakra is about the will to exist and be our true selves. Sometimes referred to as self-confidence. It is also the chakra of personal power. Humans in our interactions (especially white Europeans) have been acting out the shadow side of this chakra and expanded across the globe through conquering other cultures deemed less intelligent or civilized, power over. In today’s society, it is seen through status and wealth, those with both are the ones in power. The world is struggling with this paradigm right now and most obviously here in the United States. An unhealed solar plexus seeks to dominate others to elevate one’s position. Power used to keep some down and allow others that fit a certain profile to succeed.
Empaths are here to demonstrate how to operate from the heart chakra and a healed solar plexus. In our experiences as empaths, we have often struggled with the solar plexus due to not fitting into the social norms of our society. Our confidence is shaken with repeated incidents where our way of living from the heart comes off as awkward or completely unappreciated. We are often offended or hurt by the power-over culture we see out in the world. Our heart chakra is our strength. We know all people to be equal and completely connected, and in fact dependent on our connection to each other. And we take great pride in working from this pretense. However, in order to teach others how to lead with their hearts and live wholehearted lives (thank you, Brene Brown), we must heal our solar plexus of the wounds of power and stunted confidence in order to be embodied in our power and lead from the heart.

The Role of the Lightworker
Perhaps my story will sound familiar to you. I tried for a lot of years to find happiness living my life the way I was supposed to, the way society encouraged me to do life. School, college, meet someone, establish your career, marry, have kids, buy house, new career, new house. Always going for bigger and better. This path was indeed painful and I was unsuccessful. I am most definitely, a square peg trying to fit in a round hole.
Once I was given the freedom to think about myself as being different (as an empath and an indigo), as requiring and seeking out something that wasn’t mainstream, my life finally began to make sense. I stopped trying to live a life that had nothing to do with me. That would never showcase my strengths or highlight my wisdom and natural talents.
Instead, I began to explore who I really was, what I was really good at, and what I felt compelled to explore. I learned about being an empath, knew I was really a teacher and a natural healer, and I felt compelled to find other empaths and teach them to thrive. This is my purpose. A light worker is someone who uses their natural talents and ability to raise other people up. Many light workers are healer but certainly not all. They simply do what they do using the following capacities. (all paragraphs, thevitalspirit.net)
The Empath Capacities
Our particular make-up has a set of capacities that make our contribution to the world differently. These capacities are important to the help move human evolution forward in all ways. Empaths are a piece of the puzzle that is humanity.
When empaths are interested in something they learn it deeply. They notice all the details that make up a person, book, job, or place. It is joy for them to see and understand it all. Deep insight leads to Connections and Patterns.
Connection and Patterns
We see, feel, and understand things at a very deep level. We notice more than other people allowing us to make connections between things. We see patterns that most people do not, leading to innovations and new understandings that bring advances to business, politics, science, and communities.
Empaths can read a room or a person through energy with amazing speed and accuracy. Determining mood, intention, and needs without communication. The information empaths receive is coming through the psychic senses.
Seeking Justice through Change
Our inner compass is set to Universal Law where we know all creatures as equal and love is the currency. We don’t fit well in the current world, so we seek to create products and services that make us more comfortable in the world. Throughout our lives, we desire and often create opportunities for the underdog to win. We champion the fight for truth, love, and equity.
The Empath Capacities are our unique way of contributing to the world. They are our empath traits in action. The work we can do from this platform is indeed inspirational and evolutionary if not revolutionary. (all paragraphs, thevitalspirit.net)
The Empath Professional Archetypes
Empaths often feel a pull towards purpose. A desire to help the world or create a world that is more comfortable for us to exist in. Once we have decided to tackle that purpose our professional archetype will fall into one or two of these four archetypes. If you are looking for a container for your purpose, one or two of these might help you define your career path.
The Activist / Revolutionary
Gains satisfaction from helping others, even when helping comes at a great personal cost
Will boldly go against the status quo if necessary, in the name of justice
The Inventor / Scientific Genius
In love with new ideas
Sees the world with a childlike awe
Persistent and determined
Will take alternate points of view and go against accepted thinking
The Artist / Creative Genius
A keen eye for beauty, even where others would never see it
Master of perspective (can see things from many points of view)
The Healer / Mentor
A passion to serve others in repairing the body, mind, spirit
Able to inspire others
An inherent strength
Ability to guide people in transforming pain into a healing process
Seeding the Evolution, One Empath at a Time
Empaths can play an important role in the energetic evolution that bring light and dark into better balance and shift the planet into a higher energetic vibration. However, we must heal our solar plexus chakras of the trauma we have experienced being highly sensitive and open energetically. Healing the solar plexus allows us to fully embody the heart chakra from a place of authentic power and sovereignty.
As each empath pick up the mantle of self-actualization through energetic alignment with our purpose, the light spreads, the evolution of consciousness spreads throughout our society gaining a foothold that can eventually shift mass consciousness to embrace operating in the world from the heart chakra. Embodying the principles of love, equity, collaboration, and abundance.

Lightworkers are working diligently to save our planet (and save us from ourselves). Something that comes up all the time in my Empath Support Group are people who take on the pain / sicknesses of others. While this has been mentioned as an empath trait, I believe that it actually delves deeper and is a sign that the person is actually a Lightworker and a healer (as well as an empath, but still, two different things, they just work very well together).
The basic list of the “Traits of an Empath” that has been circulating the internet for a few years now is fairly straightforward, however, you will see crossover with other areas such as Lightworkers, Indigos, HSPs (Highly Sensitive People or Highly Sensitive Persons), Psychics, Mediums and even aspects that are levels of ascension.
Since all these are going on at the same time, it’s understandable but still frustrating since not all traits point to the same thing.
The long and short of being an empath is “feeling the emotions of others as if they were your own”.
The following list is the one that can be found in some form or another every-time you google “Traits of an Empath”
Keep in mind that once an empath has learned control of their gift, these “traits” aren’t there any more. We can (mostly) handle the bad aspects (including health issues) and we just utilize our gift(s) to help others. Therefore, if you are just now looking at the list of empath traits, but are in control of your gift, try to remember what it was like before you learned that control.
Feeling others emotions as if they were your own
Overwhelmed in public places
Watching violence, cruelty or tragedy on the TV is unbearable
You know when someone is not being honest
Digestive disorders and lower back problems
Always looking out for the underdog
Others will want to offload their problems on you, even strangers
Drawn to healing, holistic therapies and all things metaphysical
Love of nature and animals
Need for solitude
Gets bored or distracted easily if not stimulated
Finds it impossible to do things they don’t enjoy
Strives for the truth
Always looking for the answers and knowledge
Likes adventure, freedom and travel
Loves to daydream
Finds routine, rules or control, imprisoning
Prone to carry weight without necessarily overeating
Intolerance to narcissism
The ability to feel the days of the week
Will not choose to buy antiques, vintage or second-hand
Sense the energy of food
Can appear moody, shy, aloof, disconnected
I’m writing this blog because the traits of an empath are different than the listed traits of a Lightworker. As I stated earlier, there are some similarities, but the attempt to categorize an empath as simply a Lightworker is wrong. Not all empaths are Lightworkers and not all Lightworkers are empaths.
But, yes, it is quite possible to be both!
Doreen Virtue has this to say about Lightworkers
“Lightworkers are those who volunteered, before birth, to help the planet and its population heal from the effects of fear. Each light worker is here for a sacred purpose. "
Very often, however, life on earth with its material focus creates a form of amnesia in lightworkers. They then forget their divine and perfect identities, and also their abilities to miraculously help the earth and all living creatures. When light workers forget their true identity and purpose, they feel lost and afraid.”
The traits of a Lightworker are generally comprised of these aspects:
You are sensitive to energies or possibly even possess the em-path gift as well
You may be a psychic medium
You feel strongly about environmentalism and the treatment of animals
You feel an affinity to the healing arts and have explored many healing modalities
You are very aware of your own fears and the fears of those around you
You experienced a strong spiritual awakening
You love being around people but also need your alone time to recharge
Feel called to heal others.
Want to resolve the world’s social and environmental problems.
Believe that spiritual methods can heal any situation.
Have had mystical experiences, such as psychic premonitions or angelic encounters.
Have endured harsh life experiences that eroded the knowledge of your Divine perfection.
Want to heal your own life as a first step in healing the world.
Feel compelled to write, teach, or counsel about your healing experiences.
Feel a sense of time urgency to fulfill your mission before you know that you are here for a higher purpose or even if you are unsure what it is or how to fulfill it.
You are aware of the power of your thoughts and your ability to manifest (all paragraphs, empathdestiny.com)
What are lightworkers? Their purpose? So many questions can go unanswered if you’re not familiar with this terminology. I hope to help clear up some questions and cover the different types of light workers and their traits…maybe you are a lightworker in waiting…
To get started lightworkers are individuals that have agreed to be reincarnate and live as a human for the soul purpose of raising the consciousness of mankind, they serve in a variety of ways to help expand light and goodness across the world. Now some of these workers will dedicate their whole life as a purpose others will volunteer as needed, or will emerge at a predetermined time.
Lightworkers carry a natural higher vibration of energy which helps keep them positive and loving in times of need. They chose to be born or come through as a walk-in soul when an opportunity presents itself. Some lightworkers who do not choose this as a life path from start are often called Late Bloomers or Sleepers which is a lightworker in hiding or one that has yet to realize there potential and awaken. Some lightworkers are “sleepers” who have volunteered to become available at a time of crisis or chaos, only they emerge when they are in need from there mundane existence. Lightworkers generally incarnate with dual reasons like having a personal agenda along with the noble path of spreading light in the dark.
There are 12 different types of Lightworkers Here They are:
The Gridworkers and Gatekeepers– These Lightworkers deal with the grids on Gaia. They create the human grid that connects the hearts of all awakened humans. They are the actual doorways on the earth that connect sacred sites through lay lines and act as portals that allow light to come to this world through their open hearts. Gatekeeping is a more advanced form of Gridwork in which Lightworkers work with a team to open interdimensional gates that allow higher levels of light and love to flow in. While Gridworkers bring light through already opened spiritual doorways on Gaia Gatekeepers open doorways where there weren’t any before, or even ones that were closed due to stagnation.
The Divine Lightkeepers- The core mission of this type is to embody the light. No matter the external circumstances, they’re here to retain higher vibrational frequency and presence. They are the lighthouse of humanity. In tumultuous and chaotic events, their light shines enough to give hope and inspire others. These Lightworkers uplift and support humanity in the unfolding awakening process. Most of them are comedians, motivational speakers, spiritual teachers, celebrities or even local grounded individuals who you feel comfortable to lean on to.
The Transmuters- Transmuters neutralize the negativity and darkness by diving into it and releasing their light. When the negativity is returned to divine neutrality, it’s restored to balance. By transmuting past karma, transmuters work on behalf and for the collective consciousness of humanity. They might also transmute along their ancestral lines. They may have chosen to be born into an ancestral line that has plenty of negative karma. They serve to release, dissolve, heal, and help their entire ancestral line’s vibration to level up.
The Healers- Healers help practically everything: humanity, the earth, animals, souls and all beings by healing their mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual aspects. As a Healer, you must listen to your internal guidance about the modalities, techniques, and ways in using your gifts through service. Most empaths are unrealized healers who need to use their emotional abilities to unlock their healing potential. It is important that you focus on healing yourself first because by doing so you can raise your vibration and fill up yourself with the light that can heal, support, serve, love and guide others.
The Seers- These Lightworkers have opened the third eye or psychic sight making them able to see beyond the physical and the veil of illusion. Their gifts include providing readings or services to inspire, empower, and guide others to their truth and the truth of the world. They may also focus on areas where their energy is much needed for healing, transmutation, or release. It’s here where their light, power, and presence make a big difference. These people are usually the ones who reveal the truth behind the shadows. Most of them are really good psychiatrists who are labeled as parapsychologists (think of Carl Jung), truth activists and even professional psychics.
The Divine Blueprint Holders- Everyone has a divine blueprint, which is a template to a fully awakened self. All Lightworkers have this template, but the Divine Blueprint Holders are the most active in tuning into it and retrieving the codes of awakening. They are best at translating these codes so everyone can understand them and use them to raise the levels of their consciousness. The Divine Blueprint Holders use sacred geometry and other sacred forms of communication through their work. They can be literally in any field and area of life but it’s the way they create and do things that matters. That’s how they subconsciously communicate The Divine Blueprint.
The Dreamers- The Dreamers serve their gift by dreaming, interdimensional travel, and going into the dream space which allows them to access alternate dimensions of experience. The Dreamers are usually people who are called psychonauts. They use certain rituals or supplements to embark on psychedelic trips and access realms and ideas that would later inspire and uplift the human spirit. If it weren’t for The Dreamers there wouldn’t be 90% of the art, technology and inventions we have in the world today.
The Messengers- Messengers receive guidance and messages from the Divine, Angels, Ascended Masters, Galactics, and their Higher Self. They share these messages through videos, blogging, teaching, or writing. Whatever media or platform, Messengers serve humanity through the awakening process by sharing powerful spiritual insight and information. They are explaining to people what happening to them making them better understands this journey of evolution through the guidance they receive from the Spirit.
The Manifestors- These Lightworkers are involved in weaving light to manifest changes on the earth, which could come in the form of intending and manifesting timelines, manifesting positive events or creating the template for greater love, greater light and harmonious co-creation. They do this through various ways like meditation and visualization accompanied with self-inspection. The Manifestors manifest for the highest interest of all beings, Gaia, animals, and all of the humanity. But as they keep manifesting they work strongly on their inner selves to make sure their manifestations are not of egoistical nature but from their heart center. Most of these people don’t even focus on manifesting but on clearing the way so what they resonate with is for the good of all.
The Ascension Guides- They are the ascending Lightworkers. They step into greater levels of light and share what they learn about the ascension process. These people step into the edge of enlightenment and push even further by questioning and embodying higher levels of light. Most of their teachings are aimed at the spiritual masters so they can push even further the spiritual evolution of humanity. The Ascension Guides show us how to overcome some of the pitfalls of enlightenment to help everyone not lose themselves on their way to ascension. Some of their teachings might even contradict the regular teachings of Lightworkers. This is because they approach the truth from a much higher viewpoint and see the flaws that might surface with blind spirituality. (all paragraphs from aminoapps.com by Mysticnaturechild)
The Wayshowers- Wayshowers walk their talk. They embody the ascension process and live their lives in the most authentic way. They keep the highest interest of all beings and live an awakened and inspired life. These people are not even aware that they serve humanity in some way. All that The Wayshowers do is live in resonance with their truth and the teachings other Lightworkers share with the world. These people are the heart of the Lightworkers. They are what inspires and motivates other Lightworkers to keep doing what they are doing because there is still good in the world that needs their light. And by looking at them, other Lightworkers are reminded of what really matters.
The Unifiers- These Lightworkers see how everything connects with everything else. They are really good at finding patterns and merging various philosophies into one. They are the translators that gather the teachings of other Lightworkers, the truths and philosophies of spiritual masters, and shape them in a way that is really easy for people to consume. The Unifiers are good at perceiving the essence behind different opinions. That’s how they can find ways in connecting people together. They naturally see beyond the 2 sides and understand the whole that the 2 sides are a part of. These people are not just for translating but for unifying different teams of Lightworkers together so their impact can be much greater.
Here are some Typical Lightworker Traits
Most Lightworkers will be able to relate too many of the following traits:
1. Keen awareness of the suffering of others, whether human or non-human. Many are vegetarian or vegan so as to refrain from causing harm.
2. A pressing desire or need to help or heal others.
3. Hypersensitivity, whether it’s emotional or physical: they often pick up on subtle energy shifts, or are very sensitive to light, sound, or scent.
4. Complete strangers may often smile at them or strike up conversations out of nowhere. Babies will smile at them as well.
5. More patience and gentleness than the average person.
6. A feeling of urgency about doing good in the world, like a pressing need to make good things happen NOW.
7. Physical sensitivities such as environmental allergies, asthma, or immune system disorders.
8. Anxiety and depression, especially about issues happening around the world that they are unable to take an active role in helping.
9. A sort of otherworldly “glow” – they may be described as luminous or radiant, especially when they smile.
I0. Intuitive awareness, especially when it comes to interacting with animals.
11. They may have the feeling of being connected to the “all” – i.e. the spirit of the universe, or however they define “god”.
12. A history of having mystical or spiritual experiences, including precognitive dreams, premonitions, or awareness of other people’s thoughts and emotions.
13. Natural energy healing ability, like reiki or channeling healing energy through their hands.
Many people believe that the opposite of lightwork is shadow work, and that if lightwork is all about love and peace and compassion, then shadow work must be evil and cruel. That couldn’t be further from the truth. While light workers focus on rekindling people’s light and helping them find joy and purpose in their lives, shadow workers help people deal with the darker, more painful aspects of themselves that they may have repressed and hidden away. Tucked into the shadows, if you will. They provide safe spaces for people to bring forth ugly old wounds and traumas so that they can be healed, or help people get over addictions, whether that may be to drugs and alcohol, to behaviors such as cutting, or even eating disorders. Shadow work is a lot more difficult than light work, but its end results can bring immense growth and catharsis.
Some people believe that there’s a middle ground between lightwork and shadow work that they call “middle work” (for lack of a more creative moniker?), but, really, these two approaches to healing and unity generally incorporate aspects of one another. Think about the yin-yang symbol; there is no light without shadow, and both have to exist to create a sense of balance. A person who focuses entirely on light and love and tra la la happy times may end up having a nervous breakdown because they haven’t addressed the deep wounds festering in their repressed past. Similarly, someone who’s totally fixated on self-help books and drawing forth their inner shadow may end up seriously depressed because they’re not delving into happiness and interconnects the way they could.
If you feel that you are either a Lightworker or a shadow worker, know that you’re able to do a lot of good in the world, whether it’s just within your tight-knit social circle, or on a much wider scale. Think about what makes you feel happiest and most fulfilled as far as helping others is concerned, and consider focusing more energy in that direction. There can never be too much kindness, compassion, love, and/or empathy in the world, so thank you for helping to weave those webs.
